Warranty Terms


UCP warrants to the original purchaser of this product against defects on the tree according to the terms stated on the warranty card. Original purchaser must produce proof of the purchase in the form of an ORIGINAL STORE SALES RECEIPT should any warranty claim be made. NO WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE. For any warranty claim, please provide defective details, SKU#/ Core #, Tree Reference Number and Warranty Code (if any) via the "Customer Service" section on our website,, or contact us at or toll free (877) 222 5111.

This limited warranty is not valid if the product is found to have been consumer damaged or abused, used for commercial purposes, or if the damage is caused by accident, acts of nature, consumer neglect, failure to follow proper installation procedures or vandalism.

UCP’s liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the components of the product. UCP shall have no liability for any injury, loss of income, damages to personal property, or for labor associated with such a replacement.

The delivery of replacement components takes MINIMUM 10 WORKING DAYS upon receipt of proper documents from the original purchaser. Therefore, please contact UCP as early as possible for warranty claims in order to ensure enough time for delivery of the replacement components before the Christmas holidays.
