Where should I store my tree?
Store it neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight. Do not store it in a damp area or in an area where the temperature exceeds 100°F or under 32 °C.


What is the warranty on my tree?
Please click "Warranty Covers" & "Does Not Cover" for information.


What is the return policy on my tree?
The manufacturer does not cover any returns or exchanges of any products. Please contact the retail outlet where tree was purchased.


Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the tree?
No refund will be offered. Our warranty service covers defective trees and will provide replacement of defective parts of the tree to you.


What do I do if my tree is defective right out of the box?
Please refer to the return policy of the retail store where you purchase the tree. If applicable, the retail store should replace your defective tree with a new one. Otherwise, please contact us for assistance.


What if a tree part or section breaks and I need a replacement?
Please submit the "Christmas Tree Claim Form"   with valid purchase receipt to ucpservice@ucp.com.hk or call our toll-free number (877) 222 5111.


What do I do if my tree is missing some parts?
Please submit the "Christmas Tree Claim Form"   with valid purchase receipt to ucpservice@ucp.com.hk or call our toll-free number (877) 222 5111.


Do I need to return the defective tree parts/sections when I claim for replacement?
The manufacturer reserves the right to ask for defective parts to be returned to our US warehouse for quality assurance upon request.


Who should be responsible for shipping/courier charge of defective parts exchange?
The manufacturer will be responsible for shipping/courier charge of defective parts exchange within the warranty period.


Do you include extra bulbs and fuses with the trees?
Spare bulbs and fuses are included.


What happens if a light burns out, do they all go out?
This may happen. So replace it if one goes out. Spare bulbs are in the original carton. The light strings are designed to stay lit when one bulb is broken or out. You should replace bulb with spare bulb provided. If a section of lights is out, one or multiple lights may be loose from their sockets.


What should I do if a string of lights goes out?
Please submit the "Christmas Tree Claim Form"   with valid purchase receipt to ucpservice@ucp.com.hk or call our toll-free number (877) 222 5111.


I am unable to disassemble the tree sections? What should I do?
The fit between tree sections are supposed to be tight so as to firmly hold up the tree. Please try to add some lubricants such as WD40 to the join. You may then be able to disassemble the sections.


Can I decorate my tree with ornaments?
Yes. But only non-electrical ornaments.


Can I get a copy of installation instructions?
Yes. Please click "Setup of Tree" for information.


The warranty period for my tree is already over. Is there any ways to purchase tree parts?
No, we will provide replacement parts only for trees within the warranty period and we cannot sell any tree parts to the customers accordingly to the commercial terms between our company and the retail stores.
